Guidelines for Operation

This section serves as a template for Community Action Councils (CACs).  These guidelines are suggested in order to ensure that the work of the CAC is conducted in an organized and effective manner so that all stakeholders feel that council practices are fair and equitable. However, each council is different and may need to develop other guidelines that better service their members. Additions or changes to these guidelines should be documented in writing and approved by council members.
